How many documents will the system hold?
This really depends upon the storage capacity of the hard drives
located on the server. On most new computers today it is not uncommon for a 60 gigabyte hard drive to be included
with the purchase. Taking this into account along with the average size of a document being stored at 35k then
this size drive will hold approximately 850,000 documents.

How many scanning stations and users can the
system support?
There is no limit to the number of scanning stations or users this
system will support. Unlike
most other companies we do
not charge per scanning
station.

Is the system
expandable?
The expansion of the system
as far as memory storage space is minimal in cost and service. Usually all that is required is the addition of
a new hard drive. From time to time eCast will have a product release and/or update which will have new features
and enhanced functionality. These will be provided to you at no addtional cost.
How quickly
will the system pay for itself?
Depending upon your organization and
business practices the typical customer sees a pay back in less than 6 months.
